Type of Service: Nonprofit association membership for district-wide support.
Purpose and Objectives: Help reduce the total cost of risk for the school district, preserve health and wellness of students and employees, ensure continuity of operations, protect tangible and intangible assets, and contribute to the confidence of stakeholders in the district.

Cost: Your district's annual membership fee is $750.[1]
Enrollment: Written authorization is all that is needed to initiate your membership. Access to our website will begin after the receipt of your
membership enrollment form. Our Membership Services Assistant, Ginger Wagner, will be happy to assist you with this form or please email the completed form to her at gingerwagner@schoolrisk.org. Fax is also available at 706-549-5636. Payment within thirty days of receipt of invoice is expected. Invoice will include copy of W-9.
